March 7 2014 – The Attorney General’s SECURE Strike Force investigation team announced today successful results from the ongoing investigation of Victor Manuel Rax (D.O.B. 1-1-1972) who was arrested in a major interagency sting on Feb. 11, 2014. Rax is currently being held on three drug distribution counts as SECURE’s special prosecutor prepares to file extensive charges next week based on information obtained since his arrest. The investigation has also led to the capture of Rax’s two brothers Victor A. Rax Chun (D.O.B. 10-17-1982) for Witness Tampering and Marco Tot-Chun (D.O.B. 9-27-1982) on two counts Possession of a Forged Writing, all third degree felonies. The brothers are believed to have come with Rax to Utah over a decade ago. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents are involved.
